When it comes to your business, what are you most excited about for this next year?
We are developing more classes as we add on new instructors. Also, being able to expand our menu to bring even more French specialties to the pastry case.
What's your favorite place in Colorado Springs?
It’s hard to say since we rarely leave The French Kitchen…but if I have to pick, I’ll say Ute Valley Park.
What's saving your life right now? (It can be silly, serious, or anything in between!)
Laughter even during stressful times with our amazing staff and fresh croissants every morning... & ESPRESSO.
